Although I am very satisfied with the service I received for my vehicle. The sales department was lacking though in their attention to those looking at the vehicles on the lot. I walked the entire lot looking at new and used vehicles and not one sales person approach me to ask if I needed some assistance. Not only did this happen at Chrysler but it also happened at Honda and Toyota lots also. It appears it might be a Hazelwood complex issue. That is something that should be looked into and addressed. Rain or shine customer service must be number 1 . Thank you for servicing my Chrysler and I look forward to returning.

I was so surprised how fast my Jeep was serviced and the recall was completed. Patrick was Awesome. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, I asked him if an area on the driver side doors could be buffed out. He asked a d made it happen. My wait was minimal and I am so happy that the marks are gone!!! Thank you!!!

They didn’t put check the tailgate lock, they didn’t install the serpentine belt properly (it shredded on the way home). Never called to say the truck was done. I had to call them.
