My oil change/ appointment was for 8:30 am. I told them when I made my appointment that I would be dropping my car off the night before. I got communication when my appointment was supposed to start, and then I did not get anything else. I had to call twice (once with no call back after I was told they would call me back in a few minutes), and called an hour before closing to see if my car was going to be done and if they found anything wrong. I was told nothing was wrong with my car but in the same phone call was told my car ‘slipped through the cracks’ and was next in line to get serviced. I was told my service provider had gone home for the day and no one else knew anything about my car . I arrived at 7:45 pm and my car was still in the bay getting the oil change and looked at to see if there were any leaks. The reason I brought my car in was because it was making a grinding/dragging noise while driving on the highway and when I checked underneath there appeared to be some liquid leaking under the engine. I am disappointed in the lack of communication about my vehicle and do not feel like it was thoroughly checked to see if there were any additional issues.

I specifically requested from Garrett to have the radiator fluid topped off because it was low. I went into telling him that westbay did not have the correct fluid. I didn’t check it until I got home unfortunately and realized it did not get topped off. The sheet was checked as if the levels were checked and good making me wonder if they are really doing the checks or just checking the boxes. I am heading out of town on Friday and am concerned on overheating and damaging the engine. In order to be satisfied at this point would be a call to me at ****-****-xxxx early enough friday 8/2 so my son could come by and get the right antifreeze fir the rig so I can add to the truck ASAP. Garrett and his team are great, they helped me get a Jeep back on the road and pointed out some work that was needed, so daughter would be in a safe car.

I brought my truck in to get the diesel emiisions recall issue taken care of. I live a fair distance away so had to wait the 3 hours it took for the work on top of my lengthy travel time. Now, I am told that I need to do the long round trip again because they didn't quite get all the information needed for the recall. Your mistake is my pain. Not good.
Hopefully, we will see in the future if the air conditioning system will work this time around. We thought this issue was already taken care of when it was brought in for the service in 2018. Thank goodness we had extended service added when we purchased our 2015 Chrysler Town & Country. Ms. Giles has always been very helpful in keeping us updated. Overall, we are very pleased with its professional service and ongoing problem solving towards a hopefully positive outcome. Thank you, Mrs. Devine

Patrick was incredibly helpful and friendly! He made the check in process quick and easy, and listened to the concerns I had with my vehicle. Regarding the service, my car was in and out of the shop in less than two hours, which was phenomenal! West Hills always does fantastic work!

The rail cap I ordered was installed quickly and most importantly there were some slight scratches on my ram box door that occurred when my truck was last serviced that got buffed out today with no questions asked. I really appreciated the good service I received.
