Not thrilled your dealership tried to convince my wife to pay $100 to change air filters. Seriously trying to take advantage of an 8 month pregnant woman and getting her to pay an outlandish amount for parts that combined are less than $30 and take about 10 seconds to change. You have guaranteed I will never go to your dealership for services that are not free. Absolutely ridiculous.

It was extremely frustrating that no one alerted me to the fact that my vehicle that was supposed to be done in a day wasn’t going to be ready. I called around 6:15pm after hearing nothing all day, was put on hold for over 10 minutes, told the service advisor was on the phone and would need to call me back. When I stopped at the dealership to get answers I was told the advisor was fired and no one knew what the status of my vehicle was. In the end it wasn’t ready and I had to make another trip the next day to get it. For the only visit other than an oil change, it concerns me that there was no oversight to see that things were communicated in a timely manner and no one seemed to take responsibility for the delay.
