We were given an appointment time of 830. They did not work on our truck until after 1030. They did not finish with our track till after 1 PM. They cannot find a part to repair the truck. And it was almost $400 essentially to have our radiator flushed. A lot of wasted time on my vacation. Your service to department is lacking in caring for the customer’s time. No one is in any hurry to get the customer on their way. This is our observation as well as our experience.

While checking in to tell the clerk my problem I informed them I had warranty. Maybe even twice. After diagnostics I was still asked to pay and told that my warranty wasn't showing up. The maintenance schedule had to go talk to sales to see if I had a service warranty. I get my service done there, I would think there would be some clue.

Work was done well as usual. Did not expect to pay over four hundred dollars for an oil change. Oil change along with a fuel filter and an air filter four hundred eight dollars. I’ve done my truck maintenance with you exclusively but no longer. I’m sorry to say you have lost my business. William Daly
