I understand people spend a lot of money in your shop everyday, but for me, spending 5000.00 was a really big deal. I have had Oil changes in the past at other dealerships and my car came back washed and vacuumed. I don’t know if it’s fair to expect a higher level of service when deciding to have major work done, but I was really disappointed in the lack of personalization I experienced. I asked about rental cars and was told to just go to enterprise because they probably had more cars (this was about 5pm on Friday. When I arrived at enterprise they were surprised Dodge didn’t set up a reservation for me. Before I knew the full extent of the work needed I spoke to the receptionist at dodge about a shuttle picking me up from an appointment (near fairgrounds rd in bremerton)I was at so I could pick up my van, she said they only go 10 miles away; she didn’t ask where I would need to be picked up, she just sort of shut it down. I’m sorry this is such a scattered comment, I’m just disappointed in the service received.

At 1st west hills really dropped the ball in our view point we were somewhat shuffled around and not kept appraised to the status of our vehicle, but as soon as James took over we could tell that things we were going to be handled appropriately and professionally and it was. So keep up the good work James. West hills I hope you realize what an asset you have in James and reward him accordingly. Thanks again Brian H

Patrick did a wonderful job greeting me on arrival to the service department. I was early and that was not a problem getting the service started. Asked if I needed transportation or if I would be staying in the lounge. After the tech completed the service Patrick went over the paperwork to make recommendations of service. Overall very satisfied with the service. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership.

I went for oil change with no appointment. It doesn’t matter, they serviced my car anyway. I was treated like I’ve been a customer there for a while even though it was my first time taking my car there for service. It was a 5 star service. ????????????????????. Thank you.
