Lack of communication in regards to status of repairs. Lenght of time to return phone calls was unsatisfactory. Understand there are many customers that come thru your doors but customer service should be on the forefront.

The only thing I would suggest would be to make the appointment when the 3rd party warranty company is open so you can get payment from them and make sure the customer know a that they will have to cover the cost up front. Other than that everything was great. Everyone one was nice and the work was so quicker than I was told.
