It took 10 days to get my Jeep Renegade back. Twice they needed to order parts and then they needed for the service Tech to come back to work. I don't understand why it wasn't handled by another service Tech! Unfortunately this seems to be an on going issue with your service department extremely long waits to get an appointment, and then several days to get easy fixes done.

Nothing bad to say about Patrick Duncan! He is very professional! The problem: light on dashboard was coming on with the message; ‘Service Shifter’ and all the lights on the shifter turned red. The repair (three hours later) was replacement of a wiring harness and bezel. Close to a four hundred dollar repair of which I had to pay one hundred on my extended warranty. I didn’t make it out of the dealership driveway before the lights came on again! Patrick brought the service technician out. He took the car back and when he bought it back said it was “reset and fixed.” Well, it’s not. It was fine for about three or four starts and now I am having the same problem!

The oil change report showed that my tires were at 35 psi before & after oil change. They are actually at 39-40, which is where I like to keep them. So it's fine that they weren't adjusted, but it tells me that the service tech didn't really check them which makes me question the attention to detail. Also, my in-dash information center shows --- for oil change indicator instead of showing 100%. Normally after an oil change, it is at 100%. Also, the front windshield had smear/smudge marks on it. I was able to clean it, but it seems like lack of attention to detail to me that the service tech didn't do that after applying the Crystal Fusion.
