The service from Mr. Reed was great it was just that my vehicle was in the shop for one month and it felt like my parts where coming from the east coast but also understand that there is quality work which is clear with me but I also believe that if you diagnose a system you'll think that you can diagnose that whole system not a piece of a system.

Krys is above and beyond the best service writer. I don't remember the last time I was in but she remembered I did like washer fluid spraying all over my car. As long as she's th herd I will continue to come back.

Kristyn did an excellent job for us. She was very professional and helpful and got our Jeep repaired as fast as they could. This is a brand new vehicle that broke down and had to be towed. So that experience wasn’t good for us, but Kristyn got us through this situation. We had a trip planned to Canada, so had to rent a car for that duration, which I believe Chrysler Care is in the process of refunding is for. For now all is good!

Our real complaint for this past visit was the lack of communication on the status of our vehicle. We would be told we would be updated and then by late in the day each day we were having to call to find out if it could be picked up....we live 30 mins from the dealership and have 2 small kids so getting there isnt on a whim...pickup kept getting pushed back daily until finally we were able to get it back end of day sunday (after dropping it off tuesday). We fully understand delays, issues, etc can arise and are ok with that but were expecting more timely communication regarding all of it, especially with all the delays that occurred. We will continue to use Westhills, but definitely were not fans of this experience.

He kept me informed, (diagnosis, parts availability, costs, time delays) and even provided me with a rental car, when the work took longer than anticipated. Zach was awesome and helpful every step of the way. He kept me updated when necessary and explained everything I need to know about my warranty coverage and the rental. It took a while to get the part in, but I felt like the whole team was sound their best to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. Very pleased with this whole interaction.

Went in for a simple oil change and whom ever the mechanic was did not do his job properly. My vehicle started smoking and pouring oil from underneath. Went back the gentleman at the service desk was awesome. He got me in right away seen it was going to take longer than normal so he got me a rental and took great care of me. It really surprised me at the quality of work that was done the first time. I have bought three cars from there and taken all of them back there for service and never had such low quality work.
