Simple scheduled oil change took 2.5 hours!
Job finished in allotted time. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you.
Disappointed that my u connect could not get fixed. Service was good but I have a 2011 auto in great shape but that one part could not get fixed!
He provided good customer service.
Appreciate his follow through and comment to make our experience
A pleasant one
Richard
She was excellent, walking me through the process including ordering me the courtesy van for drop off.
She rocks.
In and out in short notice. Very surprised I was not there longer. Thanks.
Thank you to service writer Krys-very professional.
And, to Mackenzie for patiently answering questions about the new Jeep Gladiator....plus a delicious Berger....??????????????
Service was completed quicker than expected. Overall performance of my truck feels better, almost like driving a new vehicle. If there is one thing g that would have knocked service out of the park would have been having the service mats and plastic seat protectors removed before handing back keys and vehicle, as well as having a quick vacuum of the interior performed. Overall, West Hills service dept is my go-to place for taking care of my ride. Awesome team of folks...
Took 2 hours when I was told it would be one hour and 15 minutes didn't change my sticker for my oil change
All went smoothly! Thanks so much
Your welcome.the right choice to bring my truck for check up.and I will bring my truck to you guys again . A good job will always bring back costumers.
Krys was great! This is my second time working with her, and she does a fantastic job. She kept me updated on the vehicle status took care of he rental as well, and was an overall pleasure to work with. Thanks!
Thank you. Very considerate and easy to work with.
I turned my vehicle in for recall repairs, oil change, back-up camera issue, and driver side window issue. The recall repairs and oil change were performed. However, I remain skeptical about the back-up camera and driver side window issues.
Back-up camera: The issue is that there are multiple intermittent occasions where I get the green screen and or the jumbled screen as I have shown on my video clip. Since the issue is not currently manifested on the screen, no action was taken to resolve the issue.
Driver side window: The issue was that it was strange to come back to my vehicle and find my window about 1/3 open. The window control switch operates the window up and down just fine. However, it seems like the window is disconnected from the window mechanism or that the window is on its track by its mere weight/gravity as you can literally pinch/hold the window by two fingers and hold/prevent the window from opening while you can hear the window motor runs and stops to its supposedly fully open position. I was informed that there were no codes retrieved and that the switch operates the windows fine. Any applied force preventing/holding the window from opening is not normal to operation and could cause the window motors/switch to go out of calibration. The motor/switch were re-calibrated and for me to return if it continues to be an issue. I tried the passenger side window and try as I might, I could not hold/prevent it from opening unlike the driver side. As such, I remain convinced that their is a broken linkage issue with the driver side window.
Most everything was great but the sealing part and washing if the van were inadaquate, I am aware one of the seats were stowed and a lot of things were on the deck,. But if they were putting dealer on hard surfaces the drivers door must of been missed and the center console looks like ice cream dripped on it, so it must not of been cleaned before it was sealed it it wasn't sealed. The van as far as wash job went I'd give it a 6 on scale of 10 kind of bummed about that part of the service radio fixed didn't try gas kid I assume it was fixed. Thank you for opportunity to unload on this .
