Steve was very courteous. It took 2 hours and 5 mins for a scheduled oil change. I think the car had finished while Steve was on a break. It would Have been great service if another technician could have checked me out or it gotten handled immediately upon Steve’s return. The only reason I got checked out when I did was because I asked for an update on when I could expect the vehicle.

I went for service earlier in the year there and it was terrible, they lost my keys twice and didn't know where my new Ram Limited was and did not have my vehicle ready until hours past the promised time. However, this visit was so much different than my past experiences. James was friendly, and organized, and it was overall a great experience. Smart move hiring him as the service manager. I knew him from Honda and he has always had outstanding customer service. Thanks!!!
