I would like to say Aaron Citizen was outstanding in keeping me informed on the status of my truck. He explained everything in detail and got my truck in promptly for a repeated issue with the eco diesel recall problem I was experiencing. He is a keeper. He will be my go to guy for any service on my Ram truck in the future. It has been frustrating dealing with your dealership about the problems I was having until I met Aaron when I brought it in after unsuccessfully getting the issue resolved. He went to bat for me and got it resolved much quicker than I was promised. Thank you for the great service.

Patrick was very nice and professional and set me up with a next day appointment which I appreciate because what happened with my car is urgent. We've had many issues with this location in the past with the sales department. I went in with my boyfriend to buy his Durango and the service was mediocre at best. I pointed out to McKenzie multiple times that there was pet hair in the car, the dash was dusty and there was sticky stuff in the between the back seats and she promised to get it taken care of. After the car was purchased, no real cleaning was done and when we followed up with her to let her know the car was still filthy, she never responded. Today Dan came in to check on the status of his plates and was told to come back from 2 to 3 and the plates would be ready. I came in at 345 and the plates weren't there. The blonde lady at the front desk was very unhelpful and I had to wait 30 minutes (even though I let them know I was on a time crunch) before giving up and leaving. These few issues dont even cover the poor customer service I personally received here. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I try to do business here despite the warnings I've received from numerous people to just cut my losses and use Tacoma Dodge instead. As of right now, once my vehicle is taken care of, I will not be a returning customer, nor will I ever recomend Westhills dodge to anyone. Thank you for your time.

I had s $675 60k Service. It was booked 1 week ahead for my specific Dodge vehicle yet a part needed was not on hand and did not arrive in time to be installed. I was assured the cost would be reduced to reflect not completing that service but it wasn’t evident they had done so. Furthermore, the way the invoice was itemized made it appear that the complimentary rental car was charged to me. At pick up, a full list of services was checked off, as if done, but the battery (which I had specifically asked to have looked at and was on that list) had not been checked because they couldn’t find it. The tires were rotated but the pressure, which is different on the front and back, was not adjusted despite it being posted on the inside panel of the drivers door. Surely when they rotated the tires they would have noted the difference and should have thought to investigate why that was. I will not be returning to your place of business and feel like I should post a public review for your poor service. I have said what I have to say. DO NOT CALL ME TO DISCUSS THIS. I DO NOT WANT TO GET UPSET AGAIN.
