Waited 15 minutes to get seen by a representative. Was told it would take all day and was done in a little over an hour. Went back to get the truck and well I waited another 15 minutes. Got on the road and my cruise control didn’t work and my ABS was disabled and had to go back to get that fixed. All I’m all not satisfied with the entire maintenance team. The only reason I was there was due to the recalls for the truck. I have been disappointed in the service from almost every dealership on that hill and will not be coming back for service or to purchase another car.

You guys did a great job taking care of my truck and me. I was more upset than usual when a 2 year old truck has a problem because I just started a new job so, the timing couldn't have been worse. Patrick and the tech working on it had it diagnosed, a part shipped in from Portland, installed, tested, and returned in less than 48 hours. Everything was handled before I even had to show up for work! I really appreciate what they did and while I've purchased my last 6 vehicles from Haselwood I'll be sticking specifically to Haselwood Dodge from here on out.
