Austin was great. Your customer waiting area is NOT! No one was social distancing, chairs were NOT 6 feet apart. The only employee was behind the snack bar. No one was wiping down high contact areas. I watched 3 different people sit at a table, no one wiped it down after each use. People were taking their masks off. I talked to Scott about it before I left. I need new tires on my car, but unless your waiting area changes I will not get them from Heartland, your waiting area is just not safe.

Ryan Horn customer service was very thorough and exceptional. Very important to us was the fact he took the time to explain what our car needed and made recommendations to replace part now that the interference was removed. While it may cost a little bit more now, it will save hundreds later. We never felt rushed with Ryan. Clone this guy! You will make more money and have more reoccurring customers.

When calling Haselwood I was booked for 2 appointments 1) for an oilchange 2) for recalls. They mixed up appointments and booked 2 oil changes back to back days and none of the recalls, now I must wait yet another week for the recalls to be completed.
