The man who helped me at the counter was friendly, happy, courteous, and communicated clearly and easily. He made the paperwork easy and clear and fast. Working in sync with the behind-the-scenes servicemen, he got my service completed very promptly.
Mike was great but techs broke a different part while doing a recall replacement and I had to come back a second day for repair of the unrelated part. Also, recall paperwork said job would take 2 hours. I made an appointment for the work a month in advance for 7:45am. Work did not commence until 11:15am and I didn’t get vehicle back until 1:30pm. So I waited on site for 5.75 hours. Again, service advisor Mike was great but something is a mess in the scheduling.
Michael was great. A true professional in customer service.
Alicia was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a question about my vehicle's recall history and she explained and showed me everything I needed to know. I liked Alicia.

The only negative about my experience was concerns about Not being careful with covid 19 concerns. I was seated in the waiting Room, and on a number of occasion service advisors or staff members would walk directly in front me, passing between me and a chair and within a foot of me. If they had walked around the outside of the perimeter they would have safely stayed at least 6' away. I am a physician and take covert 19 concerns very seriously. Also, the woman working at the latte stand served 4 consecutive customers that I viewed without once washing her hands. I think that these are issues that for the safety of your customers you should address.

Ryan was just awesome with my car. He took a very vested interest in making sure I got everything I needed for my car. He is a great asset for Toyota. Make sure he continues his employment there. Very very very satisfied with Ryan and his crew!! I have never ever received such great customer service and a great experience. Ryan is a keeper!! Love him!!!
