Paided for tail light but awaiting call back to schedule install. Continued to obtain text messages about status update on work that obviously was not on my cat. When reached out regarding message never got a response.

The system is goofy. I didn't receive the text that should have been sent, so I called 45 minutes later and was told they put the wrong area code into the system. When the text finally showed upI clicked the link and saw two cancelled orders. I sent a text and got a new link that showed the correct invoice. Ibpaid for my $15 touchup paint and immediately got an automated response that said "Update: Great news jay! Your vehicle is all serviced and ready to come home! Thanks, William Newton." No idea if my paint was actually ordered.

Greg really help me when I needed it. I was on the road and the check engine light came on and I was losing power. I called Toyota Service number and Greg was very helpful. Once I got the vehicle back to the dealership he did a diagnostic with a code reader explained to me what the codes meant and scheduled my truck for maintainance. Now I am on the road again. Thanks to his excellent service and professionalism. I have been a loyal member for 8 years and dealership has never let me down and has always provided great service. Thank you so much!
