As always, I’m treated with better attention than my former dealership in Bellevue. Mike always, ALways goes the extra mile (or two) to make sure I’m in the loop and well cared-for when my truck is in. He’s also just a great guy. Everyone at the dealership loves him!

I felt that I wasn’t being sold on anything. Everything was done in a timely manner.
They did the requested service in less time than originally scheduled. I'm satisfied.
I was told I needed to change the air filter in my car because it appeared as if a rodent had gotten in there...... you could have atleast I dont know cleaned off the old one and put it back in correctly and mention it needed to be actually further cleaned out (not just replaced). About 3 years ago you started going down hill and I will not be coming back please do not contact me further about my experience.
Service use to be much quicker. You have to wait several minutes to talk to a rep on the phone to make an appointment. Then wait two weeks to get the appointment then wait several minutes to pick the car up while playing musical chairs. Not a good experience. I have been a long time customer, not happy the direction heartland is headed.
Service was very quick and I was out of there in less than an hour.
Chester was great I think the only thing that bothered me was I had to drop the car off before I went to work and you guys aren’t open until 730. That was kind of a hassle because I couldn’t be late to work. Also, I am sure it’s because of COVID but shuttle service is really important to me. I hate having to ask for favors from friends to pick me up and drop me off . Otherwise it was great ! You staff is always very nice and professional
