When picked up car it was still dirty, no car wash after spending $50k, and putting on a perma seal, weird but okay not a deal breaker, then no license plates on vehicle when told they would be put on and would have not been given them if hadn’t asked, but cherry on the cake was that whoever installed the floor mats didn’t vacuum the floors, but just put the floor mats on dirty floors. So I had to pay extra for floors mats which seems insane, but then once ordered and ready to put in they didn’t vacuum which is the reason you get floors mats. Too keep you floors clean. I get it was almost 7 and probably time to go home, but I got the call that the car was ready a day early. Why not keep it the 2 days you said you needed it and do it right. Disappointed and the person that helped me was snide when I asked any questions. When I asked if it was normal to put floor mats in a dirty floor he said he didn’t know and wasn’t sure. And then asked why I left the dealership without them to begin with. I told him they had to be ordered. He did put the plates on for me after he tried to give them to me and said he wasn’t sure he could find a technician. He guessed he could put them on. Seems like they should have been on already. I understand sales people’s jobs are to sell me an experience and a car. They did, but then it gets passed to the operations team to keep the dream alive. And after less than a month I’m not sure I want the package i bought for oil changes and whatnot to return with the first experience being a complete bust

I will never trust them with my car ever again . Went in for an oil change and after an hour and a half finally got my car. As I drove down the road the oil light came on . So I pulled over and called to tell them they said it was fine and I could keep driving. After calling numerous people at heart land Toyota finally they got a teck out to me and no oil was showing on dip stick . They put oil in my car and drove off I never got a call back or anything so I drove to heart land and they drained the oil and said it was fine . Offered me a free oil change and sent me on the way . I spent 5 hours dealing with this and time away from my business and you did nothing for me what a joke of a company. No call from management I had to call them . I will never be back !!! Also will recommend others not to use this company. You have lost my business! Your communication with in your company is terrible!
Paul Smith provided excellent and professional service. Processed my paperwork, drove me over to the rent a car place ...same place work on my Sienna would be done. Received text msgs on the status of my Sienna and when it was ready to be picked up. Excellent care and service.

Could have had them change the wiper blades if they had told me when they called me to say the car was ready. Telling me while I was trying to pay and leave was too late. Being over 65, I can’t sit and wait hoping nobody there has COVID-19.
Don’t call me. That will increase my dissatisfaction.
