The work was done in a timely manner and done very thoroughly.
My only complaint is that the tire rotation was added to my bill when it wasn’t authorized. I have tires through Discount and I just had them rotated a few weeks ago. So I ended up paying for something I didn’t need or authorized

Hello, this the 2nd time I’ve brought a vehicle in and told that brake pads need replacing and I took my vehicle to 2 other places which said they were still in good shape. Overall service is fine but I don’t feel like I can trust Toyota for maintenance when I’m constantly having to question the judgement of the sales associate or staff. I am very dissatisfied that the dealership is trying to push customers to pay for services that are not necessary. I hope you take time to make better judgment on what services are actually required. I have been a loyal customer and own 2 Toyota vehicles but if this continues I will not be using Heartland Toyota for any future repair work. I hope that this was just a mistake on the technician and sales associate but by telling me the brakes are in the red and won’t last until next oil change is not the answer I received from 2 other professional repair businesses.

2:40 min for oil change and rotation of tires, my appointment was at 9:15. Ridiculous. I saw many people come and go while I was waiting!!

When I picked up my Toyota Tacoma for a Manufacturer Recall to replace the oil pump with updated part, (12/28/2020 @ 5:02pm- invoice#1539155), I thought I understood Mr. Patrick Callego say that as a Loyalty Preferred Customer - I could also receive the normal maintenance service (oil/filter change, tire rotation, etc...), on my other vehicle also, @ no additional charge. But when I called to make an appointment the receptionist that answered the phone said that she understood that this was not the case..?
So - as a Loyalty Preferred Customer- since we have already paid for this service when originally purchasing the Toyota Tacoma (April 2019) can I have the oil/filter changed, tires rotated, windshield wipers replacement service performed on my other vehicle @ no additional change or ???

I had two oil change/rotation/wiper pre paids remaining which I was told are now “expired”. I was specifically told that there was not an expiration date on pre paid services when I agreed to add to my vehicle purchase. I was reminded that I had two pre paids left last year but didn’t need them because my new Tacoma had toyota care. The synthetic pre paid oil/tire/wiper were purchased on my previous 2013 Tundra. Solution = return the two services I have already paid for. Chet was fine other than it bothered me that he showed no willingness to advocate to address the error and instead “passed the buck” to upper management and the sales department.
Paul was great I arrived very early before my appointment which was a good thing because they didn't see my appointment in the computer and they were able to get me right in and was done in about 30 minutes when he said it might be an hour or so everything was great paul is great thank you
There was confusion about parts and time needed for a recall job. Hence it took 3 hours and all I got was an oil change. And I have to use a day in the future for the recall work. It takes me an hour to get to Heartland. That means I will have used two full days of my time. The issue appears to have been that no one knew the time requirement for the service, steering mechanism, so I was not informed until I had already left the car. Toyota dropped the ball. Not cool, Toyota, not cool.
My service advisor did a good job at going through my multi-point inspection making sure that I understood everything and what to consider for the next time I come in for service.
