I walked in without any appt and saw that Michael Smitley, my Service Advisor since day 1 I came to WA, was busy attending to other customers. Without any hesitation, Austin immediately stepped in and accommodated my request for a statement of odometer confirmation so I can fix my mileage error in my Certificate of Title with auto licensing. He was very attentive and he understood exactly my issue and what I needed, immediately reviewed my Rav4’s history of service and created the mileage proof I needed. He was kind and patient in explaining what he did and what’s in the paperwork he produced for me. Thx Austin for your superb customer service!
