It took 2 hrs to patch a tire but it’s done so that is good. No cap on the valve on the tire. It had one when I brought it in.

after agreeing to buy a truck, we were denied the $1000.00 incentive and the gifts(TV). Then, when we asked for lower financing, they took off more warranties !! We didn't even get the free gift for test driving the truck !! All these items were advertised by your company and were denied to us. We love our truck just not the way we were treated.

The service was fine except for some reason while doing the inside Pirma plate they didn’t vacuum out the area behind the backseat like they did the rest of the car.

Matt was great! He went over and above with his customer service, he recommended a timing chain replacement every 60,000 miles and looked through the service records to find out when it had last been done. Matt found the answer to my question regarding the recall about the defective engine replacement...I was happy to know that my cars engine was not part of that recall and that my engine was a good one.He walked me to my car to make sure it was good to go. Thanks Matt! He made sure that I was happy before leaving the dealership. Love Heartland Toyota! Thanks also to Scott for always taking care of me...????
