I waited for 3 hours; 2 of those after it was determined the brakes needed replacing. I eventually went up to the service provider to inquire on the status ... at the 3 hour point from arriving. She was just then putting my papers together. It would have been good if the Toyota service rep has updated me during that time span .... it was a really long wait. I’m thankful I brought a good book.

It was great to get answers to my repair questions. There were three issues total. Two of them were taken care of today without any charge and the third one is scheduled for this coming Saturday. Michael was awesome. He explained that there weren’t any openings on Saturday but since I have to travel so far he will help me get an opening anyhow which is great for those of us working full-time. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This was my third time being in for service and it was by far the best. Breanna got me checked in right away and the car rental was all set. The time needed for the service was exactly what Breanna had communicated to me and I was able to check out to get my car back immediately. I appreciated the promptness and professionalism. All is well again.
