Breanna was very knowledgeable, but however with the extended service warranty we have,I was disappointed that I had to pay for a diagnostic check with my check oil light on, then because we had a possible misfire on a cylinder that triggered the check oil light we had to pay for a update on the computer chip that governs the check oil light. For athe money we paid upfront for the extended service agreement, understandably I should've upset Linda L

The gentleman who helped me today when I picked up my car was Awesome! Great service, very friendly & fast. Only part of the entire experience I did not like is the checkin. Takes forever!!! It’s like that all the time. A faster checkin would be great. Other than that great. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me when I came to pickup my vehicle. Thank you sir!

While I am sure your staff tried, the problem that I took the car in for was not fixed. I will continue to try the recommendations they recommended, but this morning after sitting in driveway and rain all night, the front floor had more water than yesterday evening.
