I was satisfied. Everyone i spoke with was eager to help. Great customer service. You may want to be aware though, I spoke with 3 separate toyota in less than 2 hours - they called - about the same thing. So eager to help but internal communication seemed pretty messy

I was very disappointed when I was originally told my fairly new Camry could not be looked at for a full week when the warning light said it needed to be taken to the dealership right away, so I couldn't safely drive it without risking further damage. I had to be insistent to speak with someone in Service. Once Ryan got involved, he went to bat for me. The only way I could get my car back within a few days was to pay for overnight shipping of the needed parts. I decided it was worth it to get my car back. Ryan kept me informed and had my car completed when he said he would.
I always get great service with you. I did think I had more "free" oil changes but accept that I don't R/ Valoree C

Dustin is the best! He kept me well updated and made sure i was comfortable in the customer waiting area. My service was very quick! He explained everything to me in a way i could understand. The free 12oz coffee is a big plus too! Thanks Dustin!

I came in with a vehicle I just bought five days ago and as I drove off the lot the windows wouldn't roll down. I was ok with what ever it cost. Matt got me in right away they found that it was just a plug that had come undone. I wasn't there very long and when I went up to pay he said he wasn't charging me for that when most places would take for whatever they can get out of you. I was gonna hug that big guy but it would've looked weird to big guys hugging. Great guy and great service. Thanks Matt you did me Wright.
Chester made an appointment for me for Next week Jan 13 at 3pm to come see him for my new alternator installation i never got an email confirmation so i just want to make sure that it is all set up and good to go .
