Friendly suggestions: Put your WiFi password in the coffee bar area. Frequently wipe down tables and chairs after use or provide sanitary wipes to allow people to do so as well as hand sanitizer.

Matt was great. Your service team was understaffed the day I was there and it did take awhile to get through the line of people, but every one there worked as quickly and efficiently as they were able under the circumstance. Matt took great care of me and I appreciated his help. He was clear with what I should do for the service appointment. He was professional and friendly.
