This was my first service since I purchase the car from you guys. I had someone else take the car in for me since my child is homeschooling currently. To my surprise they had to PAY money out of pocket EVEN though I was told this was going to be a free FIRST service check.. Also, I was told they were uncomfortably pressured into scheduling a follow up appointment. This experience has put a sour taste in my mouth knowing that I didn’t receive the proper protocol I was promised nor the proper customer service. Thumbs down .. From now on I shall take my business elsewhere.
