I don’t understand why I made an appointment and it took two hours to get an oil change and tire rotation completed. It would be fine if I hadn’t scheduled an appointment, but is frustrating that a routine service takes so long when I had it scheduled.
I was also frustrated that I could see my vehicle was finished and had to go ask another representative for help, after it had been ready for more than 15 minutes and my representative was speaking with another employee. Two hours was already excessive, but I was frustrated seeing people leave who had arrived after me, and I had one of the most routine services being done. I’m not sure I will go back, because the service pricing is not competitive, but I go to the dealership since you have the service records.
And Covid should not be justification for the wait time. If anything, I would expect you would adhere more to the appointment schedule in order to space out customers and reduce the number of people needing to be seated in the waiting area.
It was a very frustrating, lengthy and expensive experience.

I have been a customer for years i even bought my truck from heartland. Every time I bring my vehicle to your business for a regular maintenance you always seem to find something to "have to fix" and it costs me usually over 600 dollars extra. I always leave your business like I got screwed over every time I feel that way. Its a shame.

I originally called with an issue with my car that made my car undriveable on a Wednesday. I’m a one car person and was told the soonest appointment was 6 days out but I could get notified for an earlier appointment if one became available. Since the car had to be towed, I went ahead and had it towed on Wednesday in hopes it could be fixed sooner. Dustin called me the same day I had it towed with the problem, would order the part and it would be fixed the next day. I am very thankful to Dustin for squeezing me in sooner and appreciate his help. Been going to Toyota for many years now and have never been disappointed in the service.
