Ryan Horn is the best employee I have worked with at Toyota. I bring my Mazda to you because of the good service. We have loved our Highlander and now our 2021 Venza as well. I had a 4 runner in my younger days and that was a great vehicle. We keep our cars running a long time.

I do not know whether or not the leak was actually resolved. Carpet and pad and floor was still wet when I picked up vehicle. I have dried it out some but it is still slightly wet. I will be driving a lot this week and try to dry it out some more. If and when it is completely dry, I will see if it stays dry or gets more wet from upcoming rains. While I am hopeful that you all fixed it this last time, I am not completely sure. I will let you and Ryan know, when I know. Thank you.

It was the first time I’ve had my car serviced at This Toyota dealership I received great customer service. I will return for regular maintenance on my vehicle I am glad to see Dustin in the service department he is a great asset He’s very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

Alicia Estrada was great from check in to check out and answered all questions about recommendations for my vehicle. I called later after my appt and left her a message and she got right back to me with the answer. I greatly appreciated her help. Look forward to having her help me in the future. They took my keys and told me to sit down and wait to hear my name. After an hour of waiting I asked for the status and they said I hadn’t checked in and they had forgotten to call me up. They said I should have called ahead of time and it’s a good thing they had the part - I did call twice and they also called me last night to confirm the appt. it did get repaired it just took a while with some bumps along the way!

Your recording said that you’d be open until 8:00. When I called they said we are only open for 40 more minutes. We needed a Michelin Tire. You didn’t have it. Need to wait until later Monday afternoon.

Left dirty towels and a oil soaked bungee cord on my leather back seat. I also miss the car wash!!!! But I assume the work was done properly.

Austin did a great job. I asked him for a few estimates too. He was very honest about my brakes and that I had some time before they were due. He was flexible when I saw alignment was on the list of services for later. I had new tires put on this summer and opted to add that while it was here. He had to redo some paperwork and was cheerful about it - even when he discovered the printer was out of paper. Around 4 pm when he noticed he didn't have my key back he came and found me and told me he was going to see where they were at with the work. I appreciate his honesty, his work ethic and cheerfulness
