Matt intently listened to my concerns about my vehicle. He explained to me what needed to be repaired and made sure I understood the mechanics of it. He made follow-up text to let me know that I can always text/call if I have anymore concern about my vehicle. His excellent customer service made me feel like a “valued” customer. I bring my vehicle only at Heartland for maintenance and repair. And for the past 15 years, I have only encountered two excellent customer representatives-Alex (she is no longer with your company), and now Matt Wright.

Completed the scheduled oil and filter change. In addition, they replaced the cabin air filter because it was dirty. Excellent service !!

The ‘music’ in the waiting room was nearly intolerable. A constant frenetic, loud, abuse of our ears was not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was great as always. I noticed there were unhappy people waiting in line when I dropped off my car, but understandable so - there were only two service people working. I like the option of overnight drop off - used it this time so I don’t have to wait in line.

Paul did a good job taking care of me today; he needs more help, the lines waiting for service can grow unreasonably long without the help to clear the backlog.
