And Alicia helped me with my Tacoma I bought in first. Made room for me to come in with the 4 Runner when the Tacoma’s service was done. Then while Michael was helping me, Alicia saw me and stopped by to check that everything was going well. Great service that was over and above and made me feel special. That type of service is what keeps customers coming back.

Thank you for handling my original concern so efficiently. I'm glad I brought it into Toyota shop because the 4 times I had it serviced elsewhere, uad missed the oil leak from the valve cover! Thank you for saving me from a catastrophic loss.

Matt was great! I knew I would have a decent bill with getting new brakes but I was expecting another issue to come up and raise my bill. Matt called me and explained the issue and was kind and understanding. He arranged for a loaner car so I didn’t miss work and updated me as soon as my car was ready. Though it cost more than I expected, the service was great. He’s a good one!

I feel like I can completely trust the dealership as they have been very good to me in the past. Mr Beeson was very attentive and went out of his way to take care of the problem and let me know the process and time line. Chester worked hard today to make sure the complaint I came in with was addressed and the resolution to my satisfaction. He communicated openly with me while my vehicle was being serviced so I knew what was going on and how much longer I might have to wait. He was friendly and patient with me - a great service advisor!
