Your Team got my cat, Tux, out of the Lexus SUV after being there for 5 days after flying from Pittsburgh, and then was frightened and slithered down into the back storage area. He could not get out. Chet, the Cherokee manager, lead the team. They got Tux out. I expected to find Tux in an emaciatted condition, had called veterinarian hospitals and expected to pay thousands fir his care. Not only did we evade the vets , but Chet’s team made this a “ no charges “ gesture from your Toyota dealership. “ Thank you “ for this Act of Kindness. Matt was so nice and accommodate me. I came early for my appointment and he made sure that I got my car done in no time. He worked far and beyond and letting me know what else I need to be done in my car. I’m so grateful that I left early than my appointment since I have early shift the following day at work.
