Matt was very good to work with. I bought my Prius in Tacoma and did all maintenance there. He pulled it all up on the computer to determine what needed to be done. Also kept me full informed as to progress on the car.

I was met right away after pulling up to the service and the young man showed me into the building and where to wait. After a few minutes a man named Mike waited on me, checked my car’s service record and said I only needed an oil change. I was given a card for a free latte and estimated the time my car would be ready. The estimate was spot on. I signed some papers and was on my way. The whole experience was nice. Thank you! Gilrene M
