Really appreciate the concern and empathy regarding my Bluetooth issue. I know it’s not resolved , but I feel everything that could be was done. That means a lot to me.
Reset maintenance light for 4000 miles instead of 5000 miles. I use synthetic oil and it has always been reset to 5000. Now I have to put up with the maintenance required for an extra 1000 miles
Next time I come in I will request a 10000 mile reset

Paul was great. He met me as soon as I stepped out of my Tacoma and assisted me with the 15k mile service. He also sat down and explained the break-in period and the follow-on maintenance along with the prices for the future intervals. Once the maintenance was completed he sought out to find me to inform me what was completed. Great customer service. Thanks Paul.

Paul did an outstanding job. He kept me up to date on the service of my vehicle. My dissatisfaction is with the work that was performed. I was given new wiper blades. It started raining in my drive home and when I turned my wipers on, the drivers side wiper came flying off. Thankfully I wasn’t going very fast and was able to stop, retrieve the wiper blade and correctly install it myself so that I could get home.
I appreciated how Bre found a cheaper price for a part that my car needed! She is always so nice and helpful!
