Austin went above and beyond what can be expected. Although I brought the car in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, it was later discovered that the battery was failing. Knowing that removal of the battery causes loss of all preset radio stations I asked Austin if he could record the current stations before pulling the battery. When I came to pick up my car, not only had he recorded the stations but he had all of them reset on the radio. And of course the maintenance was,as always, wonderful.

Bre was friendly and helpful. She explained what was done to my minivan and walked me out to my vehicle to make sure keys were in it. I was concerned about how Heartland would handle the covid distancing and was satisfied with the distancing and precautions taken.
