Satisfied with his patience just a little bit more exploration for the Customer's appreciation like a simple infos how to build and redeem points obviously he wasn't aware about building Points coz that little things it counts for us as a customer and I appreciate it a lot for letting me to pick up my car the next day, and the service. I hope he will continously his good patience listening to a Customer like me..Thank you again for taking good care of my car thru your good services for a very long yrs..

Was going to Hartland Toyota for parts. My vehicle maintenance light came on in rout. Paul Smith was very accommodating. Service was complete in a timely manner with additional safety items addressed and they located the needed part for my 92 pickup.

Tires were aired down to a pressure that was unsafe for my vehicle. LT275’s require a higher pressure than P275’s and by assuming the tires were stock left them 20Lbs below minimum required.
