Matt was very helpful and prompt in addressing all of my needs. He went above and beyond to help make sure that I was able to get my car out safely. He was very friendly. I also loved that he took a minute or two to go over my car inspection results rather than just saying “everything is fine/everything looks good.” Great service from Matt!

The cost I was quoted to get maintenance on my car was a lot more than stated. It sure seems extremely expensive for the amount of time spent in the vehicle. My husband told me he thought we had the maintenance plan on our RAV4. I was told we didn’t. It feels like I was taken advantage of by your company. This isn’t helping with wanting to buy a vehicle from you or bring it in for service. My husband is treated far better at the Tacoma dealer.

The guy was great we should get better offers and coupons to dave on services though come on Toyota give us some deals makevleasing and buying easier for people too..
