Had no idea rodents had started eating the wires under my hood. Was only at Toyota for oil change. Dustin showed me pictures of what the mechanic found. They took care of the problem with new wires, a screen and all other necessary repairs to get my vehicle back in shape. Great job Dustin and Toyota! Great job!
Matt was excellent. Major work on my 2019 Highlander with only 16,000 miles. This is third major repair. I was not happy and Matt explained they had a highly skilled Master Mechanic work on my car and that it is like new. Matt is very professional— but more importantly — he cares for the customer. He is just great. He is a real asset to Toyota. A great guy!!

We bought our oil change package and probably expired and it was removed on our profile. We had other oil change package from honda and was expired and was also removed. We paid those maintenance and should not be expired. We’ve been with you guys since early 2000 and been getting all our services with you.Prior to this visit the advisor mentioned that we still have a few remaining oil change but were surprised that was gone. The advisor told me to find our coupons that was bought from you guys. It’s hard to find since it’s been few years back. Hope you guys can consider all those maintenance warranties that we bought when we got our vehicles. We bought three brand new vehicles with maintenance warranties on all of them(honda, chevy& toyota). Hope you guys can consider all those warranties even if it was expired already. We still paid for all those maintenance for our vehicles. Thank you.
