Several customers and at least one employee were not wearing masks in the showroom and service waiting area during my service appointment. My vehicle service and the agent I worked with were top notch but I felt uncomfortable with the lack of masks in your facility. I am tempted to take my service elsewhere. Ben

It took 2 hours to cut a key and program a key fob? This same exact task took 5 minutes at another dealer for our previous Toyota. This was completely disrespectful of our time. We won’t be back. Sorry.

Charging over $60.00 to replace wiper blades is excessive. I think I’ll shop around in the future for my service needs. That being said, Bree did an excellent job as my service coordinator.

Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He kept me up to date on my maintenance and answered all of my questions. Matt even walked me out to my vehicle to show me the answer to one of my questions rather then just trying to explain the answer. I greatly appreciate how clear and thorough Matt was in his explanations of a topic that is essentially a foreign language to me.
