Nice guy, good service. He needs a mask that more consistently covers his nose. It was uncovered more than half the time and it made me uncomfortable. I am immunocompromised.

The Rep forgot that I wanted a full service. He had the shop fix two issues but then I had to send the car back into the service area for an additional 1 1/2 hour wait.
