Matt was wonderful. He explained exactly what was needed. The only problem I had was the long wait. For an oil change it took 2 hrs from the time I was scheduled for. Need to hire more people.

The mechanic quickly and correctly identified my issue, got it fixed, as well as found other things needful to repair. Michael has been my service provider for some time now, seems to be professional, upfront and has good communication.

My advisor-checkin guy was awesome! Best experience yet- he reviewed items on my car checks list, checked in with me before it was done; explained the costs- all before I had to ask..., and walked me to my car. What a professional service guy, appreciated all he did to make my experience the best! Coffee is bad- but this made up for it : )
