Bre was a pleasure to work with. She was clear, up front about pricing, and super customer focused. She deserves a raise. I was impressed by the professionalism of all staff I observed during my two hours there. My only niggle would be background music on sound system throughout showroom. KZOK? Was a little jarring at times — like when Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin was simulating **** in middle of “Whole Lotta Love” (Ah! Ah! Ahhhh!) and I looked over to see a senior contort her face in wonderment about what she was hearing. ;-) More suited to service bays rather than front of store? Something a bit more mellow might be better for overall customer experience? :-)

Good experience. Service done within one hour. Matt was moving the line of cars up and then got right to me.
Austin was great. Only issue is that no one let us know that the service was complete so we waited about an hour be for I went to check on it and waited in a long line to find out it was ready. On another note I think it would have been a better experience without having to speak to the quality control guy, who asked silly questions and whose attitude showed he could care less about us or our experience. No millennial needed
Matt was very nice. I just hate the “shop supplies “ add-on that is not on the estimate. That should be included.

I would like to add that I thought that the time I had to wait in line was much longer than what I am used to. I had the clear feeling that things were not run efficiently. I also felt pressured to have services done for my vehicle that were not yet necessary.
Looking forward to the survey as I do have a question about something I saw being advertised that has me confused regarding oil changes at 4,000 miles now vice what my owners manual advices, or even past recommendations at the dealership. Regards.
