Matt took the time to explain everything and listened to my questions. He was apologetic for the wait and was very efficient. After working with Matt I have more confidence that when I’m told something needs to be done on my car, he’s being honest! Being on a limited budget that is very important to me! I also like that he can provide continuation of service. That way I don’t have to tell my story over and over and I have someone who knows me and my car if I have questions.

The survey received via text pertains to Breanna but when I click on the link the question is about my overall satisfaction with Heartland Toyota? Those are two different things entirely. I would ONLY work with Breanna and no one else. Heartland Toyota however, and the process for servicing my car, is a total cluster. The process completely ignores my time. I have taken a total of 7 hours out of my workday this past week to bring my car in, on a brand new purchase, and both times, it was not done. The service process itself, NOT Breanna, is so broken and inefficient that I’ve thought about returning my car and going with another brand (this is my first Toyota). Or driving back to Bellevue Toyota where it was originally purchased, just to be sure it gets fixed this time. It’s ridiculous. And all of this is under warranty, but the hoops I’ve had to go through, and your service people, to prove I have a warranty, and actually get the car serviced, or get a rental, makes me feel like the warranty is a scam.
I appreciate the service department and Austin for make sure the issue I was having got fixed! I received updates and was given to explanations in a timely manner when ever my car was getting looked at.
Only thing that could be offered is a car wash.

I dropped my car off after hours for an appointment at 7:45 am the next day. Instructions weren't clear as to where to leave my car and what information to fill about when arriving. Some how my key in the drop box was over looked and my car wasn't worked on all day. I called at 430pm asking for an update and that's when they realized my car hadn't been touched. Ryan was very apologetic and very nice about it and worked on it first thing this morning. Just wish there would have been better communication. Hopefully this doesn't happen for my next appointment
