I would like the powers that be at Heartland Toyota to know my experience with Mike Smitley. You’re probably already aware of what a great asset he is, He greeted me as soon as he could while I waited in line, and when he was available he promptly attended to me. He was friendly, professional, threw in some humor, and provided excellent service. I couldn’t nitpick anything about him or how he conducted business and service, he is awesome. I live an hour away from Bremerton and was only coming in because of the one time free service with the purchase of my vehicle, but I’d be willing to make the drive and come there for service again because of how great he was. Thank you for your kindness and efforts today Mike, I appreciated it.
