My wife’s RAV4 was serviced this morning (3/17). Yesterday I called the service department to let them know that my son would be bringing the vehicle in and I requested that the service department call me so that I could provide my credit card payment info over the phone so my son wouldn’t have to pay for the car service. The person I talked to said no problem and put a note in the service ticket for my request. My son brought the car in, the service got done, nobody checked the note in the ticket and my son ended up paying for it. Really not happy about that.

Every time I bring a vehicle in for service I have to convince the staff when I want an oil change on warranty covered vehicles
I’ve bought 3 brand new Toyota vehicles from your dealership and have had this happen multiple times with multiple vehicles
It’s the most frustrating thing I’ve encountered at Heartland
Today when I got my 2020 Tundra home and checked the oil level and drain plug tightness, the oil still looks dirty
The paperwork says the oil was changed , but if it didn’t , by oil color and smell alone, it looks like old used oil still to me.
The drain plug and skid plates have no fingerprints or residual oil on them whatsoever
I hope that’s not the case

Matt Wright was great. Knowing that we had to have less than a half a tank of gas ahead of time was good. It appears that you had to move a lot of stuff in the cargo area to get the job done. If this was so it would have been good to know this ahead of time too. We would have had that area cleared out for you. Thank you so much. We are really happy knowing that we have the new fuel pump.
