Everything went great even done early. Except at end, I had to wait 45 minutes for my car after I had signed everything. I understand this was a miss in communication somewhere. But I left dealership and stopped in Tacoma on way home and as I started car the wonderful message light came on for what I had just had done. Your dealership is a 1 hr drive one way for me. Not real happy at moment,

When I arrived to pick up my car, I was basically ignored and another person was helped who arrived after I did. I waited patiently until then. When I asked for help, another worker took care of me. It’s frustrating to have to wait not knowing when you will be noticed and helped. And not ok to have to wait to pay money. It is basically unorganized with no good system to help people.

Matt Wright did remarkable!!! The mechanic/Tech that worked on my vehicle not so much! It makes me not to trust the actual work done on the vehicle, it’s a liability and safety issue that needs to be addressed on your end. This is the second time that this happened to me on the same vehicle being service.
