We were not offered a car wash like we are supposed to be getting and never have. I was also pretty annoyed that I got a reminder call tonight about an appointment tomorrow that I was previously told was canceled which is why we had an appointment today. Someone isn't communicating well.

When I made my service appointment, I was told it would be an all day service so schedule 4 hrs. on 29th and 4 hours the following Monday. I was much relieved when Dustin told me they could get everything done that day. I was leaving the dealership just shy of 4 hours.
Breanna was nice, kept me informed and the service was reasonably priced.
