Was informed work would be complete by 11:30. At 11:40 I found my truck in the lot with work completed and representative sitting alone at his work station typing into his computer. Another representative asked if he could help and processed me out.

Mike handled my appointment with a safety recall very well. He also suggested to do a 10,000 check up and 15,000 tire rotation. This was very important as we have an upcoming road trip planned. Would recommend Heartland Toyota and Mike to any Toyota owner.

I brought my car in right after my purchase while it was still under factory warranty because I had water in my spare tire compartment. I was told there was nothing that could be done. I brought it again because there was water in the spare tire compartment and was told it was going to cost me nearly $350 to fix the issue because it was not covered by my warranty. Only when I said I would not pay for that and would find my own less expensive solution, was the issue fixed at no cost. I appreciate Mike taking care of it, however I should not have been responsible in the first place. I paid $36,000 for a brand new car and within 3 months I found an issue that was not caused by me. If I find water in my spare tire compartment I will be bringing it back again.
