Austin Newell was very helpful. We have purchased three vehicles from the Hazelwood auto group and we will not be back. We purchased the service packages only to find they expired we had 13! LEFT!! No email saying these are expiring. We paid for those you say it's such a good deal. 13 left 13.

My $45 oil change turned into almost $400 in “suggested maintenance” and then we got a call AFTER that suggested maintenance to tell me that I *HAD* to do the brakes because they were dangerously low. So my $45 trip turned into $615. Pretty peaved they didn’t check that stuff first since one of the “suggestions” was alignment so it’s not like they wouldn’t have seen that. Then I coulda skipped the over $100 on spark plugs and just had my husband do them.

Ryan was amazing! Super nice, organized, communicated in a timely fashion, etc. He helped me with a rental vehicle and even walked me over to get it. Over all...he is a keeper! ????????????

Patrick was very friendly with great CS. I'm not sure if the full 15% COSTCO discount coupon I presented was applied to the service I received, I couldn't see it reflected on my receipt. A total of $96 with discount for an $89.95 service doesn't add-up.

Service writer was great. Did not take long. One negative- there should be a place to pick up vehicle when service has been completed. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait while someone had to move more than one vehicle so that I could get mine out.
