I dealt with Austin, not Dustin. I don't have anything against Austin, other than communication, I had to called auto glass plus to find out about my truck because I hadn't heard from anyone at hazelwood, they told me they were waiting to hear from you guys about the next move, in fact they told me to let Austin know that they are still waiting for a call from hazelwood to go further, but the main thing, was the diagnosis, I was told a leak diagnosiss will cost around $300 , and the tech came back and said the leak was from the rear cab light housing, the total will be over $1000. I had to call back and tell them it was not the light, the leak was in the rear window, afterwards the tech came back and said I was correct, so my ? is what did you diagnose for $300, and why did you go for the most expensive fix,seems extremely shady, if I hadn't already check for the leak my bill would have been ridiculous, there are more gripes, but I won't bore you with them, after this , the only thing I have confidence with Hearrland is your salesman Rabar, that guy is fabulous, I will still buy cars up there if he is there, will need to earn the trust back on the service side.

Bad communication. I felt patronized at times and lied to. I no longer trust Mike and do not wish to work with him again. I appreciate Scott, the manager, assisting me when I returned to get my vehicle and thoroughly explaining the situation. Scott was also willing to work with my schedule in rescheduling service.
Paul was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with his service. The reason I wasn't totally satisfied is because the car had to be brought back in after recall work was done. It required a tow and being without the car for a day and a half. No offer of a loaner car or someone to pick me up and take me to the dealer. Paul was not the problem, his service was great! Thank you.
