Service Advisor Paul Smith is the finest example of outstanding customer service. From 8 am to 11 am he treated me as though I were the only person there. He helped secure a safety recall EV fuse, thus preventing the need for me to return. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Paul for his exemplary customer service.
