There was miscommunication between service representative and the tech. My car was not fixed as I had asked and am now having to pay more money to get it fixed the way it was supposed to be fixed. The representative did not keep me up to date with information rather he'd call me at the very end of the day with the information. He lied to the manager of what really happened. The motor worked on my car before it was in the shop. While in the shop it broke, tech broke wire but I'm being told it was a different wire than the motor one and claimed it wasnt working and they tried to get me to pay for their mistake. The diagnosis never said motor wasn't working. He left a message saying he would be at work for an hour. I called him back 2 minutes later, left a message and he never called me back that evening. When I called the service secretary, within the time frame she said he had left. This was within 25 min of his call to me. I want a new service representative please when I bring my car back in for the job to get completed.

Greg is a hunka,hunka man. A finer gentleman has never been found. Might have a different opinion, if he beats me on weekly totals though.

I would like to express my appreciation for the service I received from beginning to end. I came into the service department with no appointment however that didn't phase Patrick and he was reassuring me that the vehicle's issues would be handled. For those who worked on the vehicle with no notice did a quality job in assessing the issues and correcting them. If you have employee recognition please see to it that Patrick and those who worked on my car get the appropriate reward for satisfying a customer. Patrick K

When I arrived I was told the “needed service “ would be over $400.00 and I was stunned because I had paid for an extended service plan. After a few minutes he must have realized that my car did not need the extensive services, and I only needed what was within the scheduled maintenance plan. I try to maintain my vehicle as recommended but I had not driven the suggested miles and was well past the date for servicing so I wanted to get my car serviced.

Bre was great and sympathetic but I have some major disappointments.. 1. I called the night before to ask about rentals and was forwarded to service which was supposedly still open. It wasn’t. 2. After leaving a detailed message about wanting a rental or some information, my call was never returned. 3. The day of the service, I called in the morning to ask about rental and the length of time needed for service. Was told I couldn’t reserve one ahead of time and to just come in and they would arrange for it at check in. 4. When I arrived with my wife and two young children am told that we should have reserved a car ahead of time. What the heck!!! I tried!! 5. We arrived 1/2 hour early. Was told it would be a one hour service. It took nearly two hours after our scheduled appointment until we got our car back. 6. The last time we were here, I showed up on time and had to wait nearly an hour to check in. 7. When I mentioned my waiting to the person on the phone this morning I was met with the excuse that they only have half the staff working on Saturday. What are appointment times then? 8. Worst of all, we were just told that the services that we’ve been driving 100 miles from Shoreline WA to Bremerton could have been done locally. When we bought our car, our salesperson said that we had to come to you guys. This really rocked my world. Bottom line, I’m not mad, I understand about schedules and things coming up and miscommunications and all of that. I get the service world. I’ve worked it. I just can’t recommend your dealership or service department. I would not use you guys again at this point. I plan on going through my paperwork and if I have purchased an extended maintenance package, I think I will need to cancel it. The barista in the cafe was awesome though. And Bre was nice and helpful but obviously not able to fix our problems. Thanks.
